What to Expect:

During your session, you will be invited to relax in a calm and supportive environment. For in-person sessions, you will remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a massage table. Gentle music and a peaceful atmosphere may be used to help you settle in.

Before we begin, we will spend time connecting one-on-one to discuss your needs, intentions, and what you hope to receive from the session. This allows the experience to be personalized and aligned with where you are emotionally, physically, and energetically.

Prior to your arrival, I intuitively pull tarot and/or oracle cards for you. This helps me begin connecting with your energy, gain insight into what may be present for you, and ground into the session with intention. If you are open to it, we can briefly review these messages together before we begin.

Reiki is offered through light touch or hands hovering just above the body, allowing energy to flow where it is most needed. Many clients experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling sensations, or emotional release, though each experience is unique.

For distance sessions on Zoom, you will be guided into a relaxed position in your own space while Reiki energy is sent to you. The effects are just as powerful, and you may notice similar sensations as in-person sessions.

After your session, there will be time to gently process your experience, ask questions, and receive any intuitive insights if desired.

Multiple sessions are ideal for growth, integration, and experiencing the full benefits of Reiki over time. Reiki is most effective when experienced consistently, allowing your body, mind, and energy system to gently release, realign, and restore balance.

Monthly Reiki Membership (3-Month Minimum Commitment)
