Supporting Social-Emotional Growth for Children and Adolescents
At Lavender Lotus KC, I believe every child and adolescent deserves access to the best mental health skills available. For over 25 years, I’ve been dedicated to supporting the social and emotional well-being of young people, helping them build the confidence and resilience they need to thrive.
Today’s world is complex and often stressful. Children and adolescents face challenges such as navigating friendships, managing school pressures, and discovering their identities. Many do not yet have the tools to navigate these challenges successfully—and that’s where I step in.
Partnering closely with caregivers and their children, I provide guidance and support to develop the essential social-emotional skills needed to confidently navigate these formative years.
At Lavender Lotus KC, I use evidence-based frameworks—GoZen! and Conscious Discipline—to deliver effective, practical tools for emotional growth.
GoZen! provides engaging, age-appropriate lessons that teach coping skills and emotional intelligence in a fun, accessible way.
Conscious Discipline is a trauma-informed approach focused on connection, self-regulation, and building healthy relationships.

Strengthen positive mindset skills
Improve communication and relationship-building abilities
Manage stress in healthy, practical ways
Through compassionate coaching and collaboration with caregivers, I help families create nurturing environments where children can confidently grow, learn, and flourish.

Social/Emotional Mindset Coaching Services

*4 month coaching on resiliency.
This consists of a 2hr one on one consultation with the caregiver to set up objectives and goals for the child.
After objectives and goals are set. 1hr meetings will take place weekly with the child, parent and myself to work on resiliency skills.
In Person/Zoom: $699.00 for four months

*4 month coaching on anger.
This consists of a 2hr one on one consultation with the caregiver to set up objectives and goals for the child.
After objectives and goals are set. 1hr meetings will take place weekly with the child, parent and myself to work on anger skills.
In Person/Zoom: $699.00 for four months

*4 month coaching on anger.
This consists of a 2hr one on one consultation with the caregiver to set up objectives and goals for the child.
After objectives and goals are set. 1hr meetings will take place weekly with the child, parent and myself to work on mindset skills.
In Person/Zoom: $699.00 for four months

This consists of one on one coaching of all 3 skills. This is a 6 month commitment by the caregiver and child.
A 2hr one on one consultation with the caregiver to set up objectives and goals for the child.
After objectives and goals are set. 1hr or 2hr meetings will take place weekly or twice weekly with the child, parent and myself to work on mindset skills.
In Person/Zoom
*Ix a week sessions are for 2hrs at a time.
*2x a week sessions are 1hr each time.
*A 10% discount is given for scheduling all three skills.
Total Cost with 10% discount: $1,887.30

*A 10% discount is given for scheduling all three skills and Reiki Sessions.
Total Cost with 10% discount: $4,590.00
*Once a session is booked payment is required before services start.
*Once sessions are chosen and payed for there will be no refunds or exchanges.
*All sessions can be done in person and over Zoom
