Three years ago, I began questioning everything I thought I knew—an awakening that led to a life-changing shift. As I reconnected with my intuition and opened my heart, I discovered Reiki: a powerful energy healing modality that helped me heal from the inside out and reclaim my most authentic self.

This healing journey revealed my deeper purpose. Supported by my mentor and teacher, I became a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, and I now offer holistic support to others on their own path of transformation.

With over 25 years of experience in early childhood development, I’ve always been passionate about nurturing emotional growth and well-being. Today, I integrate Reiki, trauma-informed care, and social-emotional mindset coaching to support caregivers and children on their healing journeys. My approach blends the science of development with the spirit of holistic healing—rooted in compassion and grounded in the belief that true transformation begins from within.

I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens—honoring your wisdom, ensuring safety, and encouraging active participation in your healing process. You are your own best healer; I’m here to walk beside you.

I live in the Kansas City area with my partner Darryl and enjoy exploring nature, trying new foods, baking, and all things lavender—especially lavender lattes.
