Lavender Lotus KC, LLC is a heart-centered holistic wellness practice serving the Kansas City community through Reiki, energy healing, and social-emotional support.
I offer Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki sessions for individuals, couples, and children, creating a peaceful space where you can reduce stress, restore energetic balance, and reconnect with yourself. Every Reiki session is personalized to meet you exactly where you are on your healing journey.
In addition to Reiki, I provide social-emotional coaching for children ages 3–6 and their caregivers. By integrating trauma-informed care, child development expertise, and holistic wellness practices, I help families build emotional resilience, confidence, and meaningful connections.

Reiki Master Teacher | Holistic Educator | Mental Health Advocate | Social-Emotional Mindset Coach
In my late 40s, I began questioning everything I thought I knew. That awakening became the catalyst for a life-changing transformation. As I reconnected with my intuition and opened my heart, I discovered Reiki a powerful energy healing modality that helped me heal from the inside out and reclaim my most authentic self.
This healing journey revealed my deeper purpose. With the guidance and support of my mentor and teacher, I became a certified Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner. Today, I have the privilege of helping others reconnect with themselves and discover their own path toward healing, balance, and transformation.
For more than 25 years, I have dedicated my career to supporting the emotional growth and well-being of children and families. My background in early childhood development, trauma-informed care, and social-emotional learning has shaped my holistic approach to healing. I believe true transformation happens when we nurture the mind, body, and spirit together.
I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens that honors your inner wisdom, prioritizes emotional safety, and encourages active participation in your healing process. I believe you are your own best healer I am simply here to walk beside you with compassion, support, and encouragement.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me exploring nature, traveling, discovering new coffee shops and local restaurants, browsing antique shops, baking, or enjoying all things lavender especially a lavender latte. I believe life's simple moments of curiosity, beauty, and connection nourish the soul just as much as the healing work I share with others.
